This chart shows clearly how difficult the work permit process
is, given all the decision-makers involved in connection
with the employment of foreign employees in Germany. The
new Immigration Act has not changed this.
Since 2000 we have been specialising exclusively in
providing advice nation-wide in connection with procuring entry
visas, residence permits and work permits for the foreign staff
members of international companies. In addition to conducting
the legal work, we also organise the necessary visits to the
public authorities for the foreign employees. Our clients include
many large multi-nationals as well as medium-sized international
businesses, some of which have been our clients for many years.
We have good and very extensive relationships with the many
decision-making agencies at municipal, regional and national
level.
Outsourcing this area to our firm has many advantages for our
clients:
Since this is a subject we have been specialising in exclusively
for years, we can successfully apply for permits in a highly
efficient, rapid and reliable manner. We significantly reduce
the time it takes to complete the application processes by taking
appropriate measures, thus cutting the risk of rejections to
a minimum This is important since all the decisions of the authorities
are discretionary decisions, and the applicant has no right
to be granted a permit. At the outset we provide a reliable
assessment of the prospects for success in a specific case,
and we use the application strategies that are most likely to
be successful. All this means that our clients can sensibly
plan projects in Germany which require foreign specialists.
Due to the large number of cases that we process each year,
we can offer our service at very reasonable prices. In addition
to making it easier to plan, outsourcing the visa process is
thus also financially advantageous for our clients by relieving
them of the burden of having to devote labour, facilities and
other resources to help employees through the application process.
