About us In May 2004 we founded the first immigration
law firm in Germany. Our firm specialises exclusively in matters
of German law relating to residence and work permits and the new
immigration law.
We advise our clients throughout Germany on applying for work
visas, residence permits and work permits for their foreign
specialist staff. Our firm is continuing the work that we started
in 2000 in association with PricewaterhouseCoopers. The SEC
guidelines are no longer an obstacle to our work which puts us
into the position to continue to advise our SEC-listed clients.
2. Philosophy We aim to make the start of the foreign staff member’s
stay in Germany as pleasant and problem-free as possible, while
at the same time keeping the company’s expenses and time
required as low as possible and creating planning certainty. In
doing so, we set great store on excellent legal expertise but
above all on creativity when working with different cultures and
decision-makers.
We explain the procedures to our clients’ foreign staff
members and are there to support them throughout the permit process.
We intend through our involvement to make sure that the permit
process goes smoothly and to make the foreign staff member’s
move to Germany as simple as possible.
